Have heavy appliances to be picked up and delivered in T O.
Suggestions and costs?

The city will pick these up for you if you can get them to the curb.  Call 311 to arrange for "metal curbside pick up".

Yes, there is no cost.
 
Just make sure to take off all the doors/lids so kiddies don't get stuck inside.
